We have (2) ways to update our Home Owners Directory.
Directions for Printable PDF Form:
- Type directly on the downloaded form. If making a change, complete ALL of the information you want shown not just what needs to be updated.
- Save the form to your computer.
Option 1: Attach the saved document to an email addressed to:
Option 2: Print the form and return it to the Administration Office.
When this request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from a representative of the Directory Committee. If you do not receive a reply, please resubmit your request.
To ensure consistency in information sharing, all Directory Owner Update forms are shared with LAYCC.
